As part of our prenatal prep classes, we’re excited to present FREE virtual prenatal yoga in partnership with NYC’s Love Child Yoga!
A practice designed just for pregnancy, Prenatal Yoga helps parents-to-be get ready emotionally and physically. through poses and techniques focused on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength, Prenatal Yoga is a great tool for pregnancy and labor.
Here’s more info about the complimentary live-stream Prenatal Yoga classes for the months of August and September:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 6.30pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays: 10am
Fine print: Clients will be able to attend as many classes as they like however, their membership will lapse if they aren’t able to regularly attend live-stream classes twice per week. They would need a device, connection to internet, a free zoom account and a yoga mat. If a client were to give birth within August and September, they would be welcome to continue their membership for Postnatal Yoga classes as well as take advantage of one Online Postpartum Breastfeeding / Lactation Consult.
