What began as a small initiative has grown into a dynamic fellowship serving dozens of youth & young adults each year. Fellows, ages 16–24, are placed in internships across high-demand fields including healthcare, information technology, finance and data science, engineering, marketing, and legal services — gaining exposure to real workplace expectations and career pathways. Fellows like Danielle, who shared “ I love science and enjoy conducting research.. in my robotics class freshman year, I built a small electric vehicle and am currently completing a project on soil correlation in urban settings…physics is one of my favorite subjects.” Over the course of the 160 hours of the internship, Danielle, explored engineering and medical research, represent the program’s commitment to aligning opportunity with individual ambition. Fellows build technical skills, professional confidence, and networks that often lead to continued employment or further academic and career advancement, transforming uncertainty into direction and possibility.
