We said goodbye to the previous week by learning about our favorite Challah. We watched how Chailah was created from a seed to the best guest on our Shabbat Table. We painted a cover to put on our Challah, so she would not be jealous that we first said a blessing to grape juice.
Our Israel exploration continued with learning about Israeli innovations. We compared a picture of Tel Aviv 100 years ago with the current picture. How many things should be created to turn a desert into a flourishing city? We talked about dripping irrigation, cherry tomatoes, solar panels, flash drives, and many more. And we even made our own mechanic hand—an invention of Kibbutsnik JCH 2024.
We will discuss blessings and how we can shape our wishes on Friday. Stay tuned to our news!
