The JCH offers a variety of invigorating fitness classes taught by professional instructors, who aim to enhance both our members’ bodies and their minds.
Classes offered include:
- Yoga – Vinyasa-style sequences bring out wellness and fitness in every student
- Pilates – A blend of concentration, control, flow, and efficiency of core body movement
- Zumba – A fun blend of dance and fitness
- Piloxing – A mix of pilates and boxing that’s a great muscle-sculpting workout
- Cardio Body Sculpt Aerobics – Get in shape. Be healthy & energetic
