The JCH offers a variety of invigorating fitness classes taught by professional instructors, who aim to enhance both our members’ bodies and their minds.

Classes offered include:

  • Cardio Body Sculpt Aerobics: Get in shape. Be healthy & energetic.
  • Pilates: A blend of concentration, control, flow, and efficiency of core body movement
  • Table Tennis: A fun activity to enhance agility, reflexes, and precision through competition.
  • Yoga: Vinyasa-style sequences bring out wellness and fitness in every student
  • Zumba: A fun blend of dance and fitness
  • Self-Defense: A self-defense class focusing on building awareness, gaining confidence, and learning about personal safety.
