Uplift Community Social Response program
Uplift Community Social Response program provides critical social services to people in need. Part of our Social Services, Uplift works with émigré clients, those approaching or in retirement, single parent households, and other vulnerable community members. Competent case managers start with a holistic assessment of household needs, and have multiple resources available to them for quick and effective response. We offer:
- crisis intervention
- individualized case management
- benefit education and planning
- legal help through NYLAG
- mental health screenings
- specialized programming for women-led households
- referrals to Marks JCH employment services, ESOL, youth educational services, senior adult programming, and cultural programs.
- referrals to food pantries, home care, and COVID-19 relief fund

- Schedule: Case Managers are available for walk-ins, Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm or call for an appointment
