Brooklynites! UJA is organizing VOLUNTEERS and SUPPLIES for the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti.
Help out and sort supplies on SUNDAY AUG 29th at Flatbush Jewish Center. Volunteers will sort and pack medical supplies and then load them into shipping containers that will ship out to Haiti the following day. Sign up to volunteer here (kids age 5+ welcome): https://afyafoundation.volunteerhub.com/lp/haitiresponse/
Can’t sort that day? Here’s a list of places to donate needed supplies and drop-off locations in Brooklyn: www.ujafedny.org/haiti-relief-bklyn All supplies will be donated to Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte, New York State Assembly’s collection efforts.
Please join us and spread the word!
This program is generously funded and supported by the UJA Federation.
