Stress Management Workshop

Stress and poor time management go hand-in-hand — it’s stressful to feel like you have too much to do and not enough time to do it! Stress can negatively affect social relationships, hinder daily functions, and affect school.

By learning effective time management techniques, you can feel more confident in yourself and how you spend your time, thus giving you more time to do what you enjoy with minimal stress.

This workshop will provide young adults with various stress-relieving methods. Thus, helping them feel more in control of their lives.

Our Speaker:

Laura Vladimirova is the Director of the Women’s Center at Marks JCH where she runs community support groups for expecting and new parents, support groups for young women, and workforce development for single mothers. She also works with clinicians of The Root Therapy NYC, a clinical therapy practice where she focuses on holistic approaches to mind-body wellness.

Complimentary in-person workshop with an online stream available. Registration is required.
