This postpartum prep class is full of practical ideas on how to make the time after birth nourishing, bonding and support. Essential postpartum topics will be covered including newborn care, newborn sleep patterns, and setting up your home for post-baby life. We will also touch on your emotional and physical well-being after birth with topics such as creating a self-care plan, postpartum healing techniques and food preparation and ideas for remaining connected to your partner. This program is open to expectant persons and their partners or support people.
Class length is 2 hours and light lunch is included at the beginning of class
The class is followed by a 45min prenatal movement and breath class with a prenatal yoga teacher, Dani Katz
