Breathe, connect and be with other new parents. New motherhood rocks our worlds like nothing else. There are so many big things to experience. Let’s do this together and ensure that we are learning from each other and that we have a safe space to air our needs and desires. We’ll focus on somatic supports, emotional, therapeutic and a regular ol’ gab fest to connect to each other and ourselves. This program is a 9-week program recommended for postpartum persons.
