Your baby’s health begins with good nutrition, and breastfeeding offers many health benefits to both you and your baby. Learn about milk supply, breastfeeding positions, preventing and managing pain, pumping, milk storage, and working while breastfeeding. This program is open to expectant persons and their partners or support people.
Class length is 2 hours and light lunch is included at the beginning of class
The class is followed by a 45min prenatal movement and breath class with a prenatal yoga teacher, Dani Katz
