The JCH offers a variety of invigorating fitness classes taught by professional instructors, who aim to enhance both our members’ bodies and their minds. Senior adult members can attend all of the classes below as well as low-intensity classes designed specifically for older adults.
Classes offered include:
- Cardio Body Sculpt Aerobics – Get in shape. Be healthy & energetic.
- Pilates – A blend of concentration, control, flow, and efficiency of core body movement
- Table Tennis – A fun activity to enhance agility, reflexes, and precision through competition.
- Yoga – Vinyasa-style sequences bring out wellness and fitness in every student
- Zumba – A fun blend of dance and fitness
- Silver Sneakers Classic – a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
