Badminton has multiple health benefits and promotes longevity. Playing badminton keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young. Peer-led Badminton games take place every Tuesday and Thursday. Beginners are welcomed. Please bring your own racket. Other equipment is provided.
