This Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NNORC) program serves everyone 60+, living between 77th and 86th Street and 21st and 23rd Avenues. The program offers services at clients’ homes and at the Marks JCH: SOCIAL SERVICES: case management, help with benefits, advocacy, referrals; REGISTERED NURSE: free visits and consultations, blood pressure checks, health education workshops; MINOR HOME REPAIRS; SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: multi-ethnic community chorus, trips, friendly phone calls, volunteer opportunities, Advisory Committee. Funded by NY State Office for the Aging and UJA-Federation of NY.
