Immigrants from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe are provided with outreach, education, individual consultation, supportive counseling, and referrals to services targeting mental health needs and family issues. Groups are provided in English and Russian, and meet a variety of needs: stress management, pre-citizenship support, psychological support, and pre-vocational support. Community education presentations are available.
