 This is an intensive program providing training workshops, and hands-on programs which culminate in employment at our Summer Day Camp as a Counselor-In-Training (CIT) as well as in our year round children's programs. The interview process begins in March/April and the training follows almost immediately after selection. Those accepted into this program are expected to make a commitment to excelence that our Summer Day Camp demands.

Teens will engage in: - Role Playing activities
- Social skill building tasks
- E-mail correspondance
Our enriched program icorporates: - Basic computer assistance
- Teaches internet search options
- Building resumes
- Creating and using e-mail
*Every Semester runs for 12 weeks.*
