Our State of the art Fitness Center is equipped with everything you need to maintain that healthy lifestyle. In the middle of our gym room we have the cardio equipment to get your heart pumping! Along the walls we have an array of machines to work out your torso, arms and legs! In the back we have free weights for those of you expert gym members. Come and see for yourself everything our facilities have to offer!

1. Everyone using the Fitness Center must be a current member or a guest.
2. All members must present a valid membership ID card.
3. Please sign in at the fitness desk each time you use the Fitness Center.
4. You must be 13 years or older to use the Fitness Center.
5. Proper workout attire is required. Such as gym shoes, shirts/warm-ups,
tee shirts/tank tops, and socks. Open shoes are not permitted.
6. No gym bags or jackets are allowed in the Fitness Center.
7. Appropriate behavior and language is required.
8. Please talk quietly when speaking with your fellow members.
9. All members are required to bring a workout towel.
10. When there is a wait, there will be a 20 minute time limit on all
cardiovascular equipment.
11. Food, gum, or drinks are not allowed in the Fitness Center.
Capped plastic water bottles are allowed.
12. No skirts or dresses are allowed in the Fitness Center.
13. If you have any questions our fitness staff will be happy to assist you.
These policies are for your safety and the safety of everyone around you. The Marks JCH staff will enforce these regulations to ensure that you have a safe and effective workout. Enjoy your workout! We appreciate your cooperation.
These rules are for your enjoyment and safety. Violators are subject to penalties & suspension of membership. For your children’s safety please be advised that children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when in the Marks JCH of Bensonhurst. |
