The JCH offers a variety of invigorating fitness classes taught by professional instructors, who aim to enhance both our members’ bodies and their minds.

Classes offered include:

  • Yoga – Vinyasa-style sequences bring out wellness and fitness in every student
  • Pilates – A blend of concentration, control, flow and efficiency of core body movement
  • Zumba – A fun blend of dance and fitness
  • Piloxing – A mix of pilates and boxing that’s a great muscle-sculpting workout
  • Cardio Body Sculpt Aerobics – Get in shape. Be healthy & energetic

  • Cardio Body Sculpt Aerobics | HERE
    • AGES: Women & Teen Girls
    • SCHEDULE: Monday & Wednesday, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    • FEE: Members – Free | Non-members $12.00 per class or $100 for a package of 10 classes
  • Zumba | HERE
    • AGES: Women & Teen Girls ages 13+
    • SCHEDULE: Sundays, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm ; Wednesdays, 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
    • FEE: Members – Free | Non-members – $12 per class or $100 for a package of 10 classes

    • AGES: Co-Ed & Teens
    • SCHEDULE: Sunday, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm – Co-Ed; Tuesday, 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm – Co-Ed & Teens (parental consent required for ages 17 & under); Thursday, 8:00pm – 9:30pm – Co-Ed
    • FEE: Members – Free | Non-members – $12 per class or $100 for a package of 10 classes
  • Piloxing | HERE
    • AGES: Women, ages 19+
    • SCHEDULE: Thursday, 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
    • FEE: Members – Free | Non-Members $12 per class or $100 package of 10 classes
  • Pilates | HERE
    • AGES: Co-Ed Adults, ages 19+
    • SCHEDULE: Sundays, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
    • FEE: Members – Free | Non-Members $12 per class or $100 package of 10 classes
