The Chalutzim Division is for children entering 1st through 4th grade. Chalutzim campers are challenged by a wide range of athletic, creative, and social activities in a Jewish environment, which encourages independence and growth. Special emphasis is placed on the development of social skills, self-esteem, and sportsmanship. Groups in Chalutzim have 10-12 campers of the same gender. Each group is supervised by a college student, as well as an upper-classman in high school and a counselor-in-training. Specialties are led by professionals with the assistance of group counselors. Exciting theme days highlight each week with special activities, entertainment, and ruach (spirit).

Chalutzim campers will enjoy day trips to exciting places of interest including theme parks, museums, science centers and playhouses. All activities, specialties and programs are designed especially for first through fourth graders. From awesome trips to special Jewish cultural programs, Chalutzim kids will have a summer they will never forget. We provide a kosher lunch and snack.
