Subotnick House is a 70-unit senior citizen apartment building in Bensonhurst. Applications for subsidized independent living senior apartments are accepted. We have one bedroom apartments and studios. Applicants must meet Section 8 income guidelines. Applicants must be 62+ years of age and the waiting list is 5+ years.
