Robbins Corenman After School Center Print

asThe mission of the Robbins-Corenman After School Center is to provide a safe and stimulating environment where kids from Kindergarten to 6th grade can learn, acquire new skills and make friends. Our individual approach gives every child an opportunity to explore and develop his or her talents. A program for children with special learning needs is also available.

Supervising our program is Julia Linetskiy, Director of Afterschool and Youth Services. She works together with the Afterschool staff, a group of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals, trained in program development, childcare and safety. A team of experienced homework teachers and counselors provide guidance and instruction in various activities. All activities are planned with your child's interests and needs in mind.

We provide complimentary transportation from 15 local schools (P.S. 97, P.S. 101, P.S. 128, P.S. 163, P.S. 177, P.S. 186, P.S. 200, P.S. 205, P.S. 215, P.S. 226, P.S. 229, P.S. 247, P.S. 682, P.S. 686, P.S. 748). Upon arrival, kids eat a healthy snack and complete their homework assignments under the attentive supervision of our staff. Once the homework is completed, it is time to play! Activities include Computers, Art, Cooking, Jewish Education, Soccer, Basketball, Play Gym, Children's Fitness, Dance, and Oneg Shabbat. We pride ourselves on our egalitarian Jewish Education Progam that is an integral part of the Robbins-Corenman Afterschool Center.
